Tips to Make Your Website Compliant

Have you noticed the recent prevalence of website banners asking you to click to “Accept Cookies”? Have you heard about the increase in lawsuits relating to websites that are not easily accessible for visitors with disabilities? As laws change and evolve, it is important to try and keep your website up-to-date with modern rules and regulations. But many of these rules are very complex and confusing. Join Vanessa Schaefer and Danielle Diforio of Clockwork Design Group, Inc. as they discuss the top-level marketing considerations of GDPR and ADA Compliance as these issues pertain to your website.

Learning Objectives
During this webinar you will learn the basics to:

  • Help make your website accessible to people with disabilities (and avoid potential legal issues).
  • Help your website comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
  • Help keep your email marketing compliant with CAN-SPAM rules.
