This is a year-long training program for new and rising managers as part of AGN’s flagship ADVANCE Training Program.


Becoming a Manager is a critical point in a career. Suddenly you are expected to straddle performing work and managing others, worry about budgets as well as client communications, and also look at internal processes and efficiencies in the practice. This is where technical, operations, client relationships and business development all start to come together.

To help prepare for this new challenge, our NextManagers Academy is designed to prepare professionals for their first true leadership role, giving them time to hone their skills in a supportive environment and build relationships with peers they can call on for support throughout their careers.

Our year-long program begins with a three-day in-person kickoff session, but it doesn’t end there. The principles are reinforced and enhanced through a series of interactive webinars held throughout the year. The session concludes with a three-day in-person meeting to bring together the concepts covered throughout the past twelve months.
