HR Virtual Roundtable

Join fellow firm human resources professionals for a candid, interactive virtual roundtable designed to connect you with peers who truly understand your challenges. This discussion-based session offers a trusted space to exchange ideas, compare notes, and walk away with practical strategies you can apply immediately—especially as firms navigate the pressures of busy season.

Topics will be determined by input from registrants, but could include:

  • Busy season staffing strategies and workload management
  • Retention, burnout, and employee engagement in high-pressure periods
  • Flexible work policies and hybrid expectations
  • Recruiting and onboarding in a competitive talent market
  • Manager support and communication during peak workloads

NOTE: The roundtable format is different from a traditional webinar. This is an open discussion where you can ask questions of the group, gather information on how other firms are handling major issues, and brainstorm solutions for common challenges. On-camera participation is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss recent changes and current trends in the practice area and their impact on firms and clients.
  • Discuss solutions to challenges and share best practices.
  • Expand your network of professional peers.

Core Team Leads/Discussion Leaders:

  • Hillary Miller, Talent Experience Manager – Hungerford, Grand Rapids, MI
  • Taylor Simpkins, HR Business Partner – Clark Schaefer Hackett, Cincinnati, OH
