Standards at the heart of AGN
High standards and client service are at the heart of our mission.
Admission to membership requires a formal application and peer review process, which assesses the applicant’s structure, activities and approaches to matters including independence, ethics, regulation and oversight regimes.
AGN regularly scrutinises & confirms our members’ professional standing and client service performance, to ensure that our members and their clients can count on having their problems solved.
AGN is an “association” rather than a “network”. AGN members build their trust and reputation using their own brands and the business strategies, technical & client service methodologies that are appropriate to their clients’ needs and acceptable to local licensing and regulatory authorities. AGN does not mandate any particular methodologies. About 80% of AGN members are subject to regular independent review by their local regulators.
