The model was introduced based on solutions implemented in Estonia’s tax system—hence the commonly used term “Estonian CIT.” In practice, it refers to a lump-sum taxation of company income, effective only when profits are distributed to shareholders.

Gainesville, FL (April 17, 2025) – James Moore & Company CEO Suzanne Forbes and partner Justyna Mueller have been named to Forbes’ Best-In-State CPAs list. This is the inaugural year of the Best-In-State CPA program, which cites CPAs leading the accounting profession in tax, auditing and management consulting. Suzanne and Justyna were two of only 42 Florida CPAs making the list.
