Registration is a two-step process that includes your AGN Conference Registration and reserving your hotel room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Registrations are FINAL. AGN will provide No Refunds if you are unable to attend. Instead, we now provide a refund insurance policy with registration.
Inability to attend – Attendee Registration Insurance Program
AGN is including an insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that will refund you 96% of your registration fees if you are unable to attend for a qualifying reason. The cost of the insurance is included in your registration fee.

STEP 1: REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
Register for the event below using one of the following options and indicating your choice of sessions. Delegates (Firms) that do not choose to pay at the time of registration will be invoiced.
To register yourself:

- Click the green Register Myself button to begin your registration.
- Select the appropriate registration option from the list to find the correct program items displayed. See below to register companions and others.
- Respond to mandatory Questions.
- Click on the blue Add button to include sessions in your itinerary.
- If you do not need to add a companion or register other attendees, click the orange Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page.
- Provide Payment Details and click the orange Submit Order button.
To register other firm attendees:

- Click on the blue Register Someone Else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.
- Repeat steps 2 – 4 above until everyone is registered.
- When finished adding all additional attendees, complete step 5 above.
To register companions:

- Click Add a guest (found under the Register Myself and Register Someone Else buttons) to add a companion to your registration.
- The Companion option will be selected by default.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM at the JW Marriot Marquis Miami
AGN International has negotiated a fixed rate for conference attendees for November 2 – 15, 2021.
The AGN Group Rate of 249 USD per night, is available from Tuesday, November 2, 2021, through Monday, November 15, 2021. To reserve your stay, click on the button above or call 1-888-717-8850 and mention that you are with the AGN International group.
Rooms will fill up quickly and this special rate won’t last forever, so book early and no later than Monday, October 18, 2021. Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that there is Destination Fee of 15 USD plus tax per room, per night. This cost covers several amenities including WIFI in meeting rooms, enhanced high-speed internet in the guest room, 10% off dining at Boulud Sud and access to the hotel entertainment lounge from 8 am to 10 pm daily (bowling alley, 3D media theatre, billiard room, golf simulator, table tennis, foosball & air hockey).

COVID restrictions a concern?
We will be following all local and national safety and protocol procedures. At this time, all restrictions have been lifted in Dade County, Miami, FL. The hotel will continue to implement the high sanitation levels of each hotel sleeping room and in the conference areas throughout your stay. PPE will be available for those who wish to wear it at the conference.
