Please remember that registration is a two-step process; you must complete your AGN Conference Registration as well as reserving your hotel room. 


STEP 1: BOOK A ROOM AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL: GRAND HOTEL RIVER PARK
AGN International – EMEA has negotiated a fixed rate on 8th and 9th June 2023 for delegates at EMEARM 2023. Prices are as follows:

 
Hotel room rates are subject to the following taxes:
VAT: 20%, included in room rates*

Please ensure to book your accommodation before 7 May 2023. We do however, advise that you book well in advance of this date. 

Rooms are offered on a first come first serve basis. 

AGN members are invited to
book the hotel room HERE and arrange their reservation directly with Grand Hotel River Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hotel Rooms: If you cancel before and on the 10th May 2023 there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel between 11th and on 24th May 2023 the forfeiture amount will be 50 percent. If you cancel on 25th May 2023 and after the forfeiture amount will be 100 percent.

Please ensure you register on our site below to indicate your choice of sessions that you would like to attend.

Deadlines
Hotel Reservations: 7 May 2023. If you book beyond the deadline, AGN can’t guarantee Hotel room.
Conference Registration: 22 May 2023.
Click on Register Myself to begin your registration.
Click on Register Someone else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.
Click +Add a guest to add a companion to your registration. The Companion option will be selected by default.
Please click on ADD for every session you wish to attend.

Delegates (Firms) will be invoiced after registration closes.
