Please remember that registration is a two-step process.  You must complete your AGN Conference Registration as well as reserving your hotel room. 


STEP 1: BOOK A ROOM AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL

AGN International – EMEA has negotiated a fixed rate at the NH Collection Roma Vittorio Veneto on 3rd and 4th October 2024 for delegates at EMEARM 2024. Prices are as follows:

Twin or Double Room (incl. breakfast)        €285.00

 Hotel room rates are subject to the following taxes:

VAT: Included in room rates*

City Tax: €7.50 per person per night – excluded in room rates

To book extra nights outside of the room block, please contact the hotel directly events@nh-hotels.com 

Please ensure to book your accommodation before 1 October 2024. However, we do advise that you book well in advance of this date. Rooms are offered on a first come first serve basis. 

Note: If you book beyond the deadline, AGN can’t guarantee a hotel room.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation or amendments, 100% penalty calculated on the total overnight stay will be charged on the credit card.


STEP 2: REGISTER FOR THE EVENT

Please ensure you register on our site below before 2 September 2024, selecting your choice of sessions that you would like to attend.


How do I register myself, someone else or add a companion?

Click on Register Myself to begin your registration.

Click on Register Someone else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.

Click +Add a guest to add a companion to your registration. Note: The Companion option will be selected by default.

Please click on ADD for every session you wish to attend.

When will I be invoiced?

Delegates (Firms) will be invoiced after registration closes. Attendees will be able to pay the attendance fee by bank transfer.

Once registered, delegates will receive a confirmation displaying the total amount of a delegates/companion fee excluding the 22% VAT. The actual invoice sent to delegates will include the 22% VAT and detail the breakdown of the total amount.
