Please remember that registration is a two-step process; you must complete your AGN Conference Registration as well as reserving your hotel room.

AGN International has negotiated a fixed rate on 8th – 15th November 2025, for delegates attending the AGN 2025 World Congress. Prices are as follows:

Please ensure to book your accommodation before 2nd October 2025. We do however, advise that you book well in advance of this date. Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Please note, the hotel has now sold out of group rate bedrooms on the night of the 10 November. If you require accommodation on this night, there are still suites available that you can reserve on the 10th and then move to a group rate bedroom the following day. Alternatively, please find a list of nearby hotels, at the bottom of the page, that you can enquire with directly for rates.

STEP 2: REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
Please ensure you register on our site below to indicate your choice of sessions that you would like to attend. 

Please note:
– The fees don’t include Sunday, Monday or Wednesday tours. Tours can be selected during the registration process and are based on securing a minimum number of attendees. If the required number is not reached, the tour might be cancelled, you will be refunded and you will be offered the chance to attend a different tour instead.
– The sessions are currently capped. If you really wish to attend a session that is shown but are unable to register, please contact Svetlana.

– NextGen registration option: For delegates who are not partners, but intend to become one. Attendance needs to be approved by firm´s leadership. NextGen places are limited, so please book early!

Hotel Reservations: 2nd October 2025
Hotel Cancellation: 2nd October 2025
Conference Registration: 2nd October 2025

Registration Options:
Click on Register Myself to begin your registration, then make sure you select the DELEGATE option to get the correct programme items displayed.

Click on Register Someone Else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.

Click Add a guest to add a companion to your registration.
Click on Add for every session you wish to attend.

Delegates (Firms) will be invoiced after registration closes. Attendees will be able to pay the attendance fee by bank transfer.
