Aaron received a B.A. and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the top ranked accounting school in the western United States. In addition to Aaron’s designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant, he is also licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Aaron began his accounting career with KPMG, LLP where he provided financial accounting and taxation services to international and local companies. After leaving KPMG, he worked in various management positions in several publicly traded U.S. corporations. Aaron returned to Canada in 2003, at which time he founded Rumley & Associates in Barrie. Aaron regularly advises his clients on a myriad of issues, including corporate and personal tax planning, corporate governance, cash flow management, US Taxes, business valuations, financial reporting, and more. Graeme graduated from Laurentian University in 2012 with a BBA specializing in both accounting and marketing. He passed the CFE in September 2017 and was awarded the designation Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in December 2017. He is currently pursuing the U.S. Certified Public Accountant designation. Graeme began his career working for MNP LLP in Timmins where he gained experience working for a wide variety of clientele including municipal, First Nations, not-for-profit, power corporations and various private corporations. While at MNP he primarily worked in audit and assurance where he prepared standard and specialized reporting based on client needs. Graeme has been working in the US Tax practice for the last few years and will be taking the US CPA reciprocity exam this fall. |
