Room cancelled after 00:01 local hotel time on 17 June 2025 will be subject to 1 night(s) room charge, plus applicable Service Charge, Tax and Fees.
Room cancelled after 00:01 local hotel time on 01 Jul 2025 will be subject to 100% of stay room charge, plus applicable Service Charge, Tax and Fees.
Delegates Refund Policy
60 days or more prior to event, will receive full refund
30 prior to event, there will be a $200 administrative fee charged
Less than 30 days prior to event, no credits or refunds.
