During this webinar, Jordan Goodman and David Hughes will highlight the critical role that accountants play in SALT planning and transaction structuring. Attendees will gain insights into common income tax and sales tax pitfalls when SALT considerations are overlooked in transactions and learn strategies to minimize SALT exposure in M&A deals.
