This program is designed to help your succession plan succeed. Led by leaders of longtime AGN member firms, the NextLeaders Boot Camp will shape the future of your firm.

This two-day, intensive bootcamp style training is centered around pillars of learning, and will provide new partners with the opportunity to learn from the expertise of experienced and successful leaders, and build relationships with their peers in AGN that will long outlast the program.?

MEET THE PROGRAM LEADERS


Tom Prince
Managing Partner – Hungerford

Tom joined the firm in 1988 and was named a Partner in 2001. Tom works with a wide variety of closely-held businesses, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries. He specializes in tax planning strategies, but also provides audit and review services to his business clients. His focus is working with business owners to assist them in fulfilling their long-term business and personal financial goals.

His favorite part of working at the firm? Tom says, “The people I’ve met and been able to work with over the years. I’ve enjoyed helping clients grow their businesses, but especially coaching and mentoring staff in fulfilling their life and career goals.”


Jennifer Riva
COO – Redwitz

In 1996, Jennifer started her public accounting career as a staff accountant at Redwitz, Inc. and was admitted as a partner of the firm in 1999. In 2001, she relocated to the firm’s San Jose, California office.

Jennifer’s professional public accounting background is in Audit & Accounting where she previously was responsible for the firm’s quality control and peer review process. In 2017 Redwitz acquired Trust Management Services where Jennifer has used her experience in auditing Employee Benefit Plans and knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to manage the day-to-day operations of this subsidiary of Redwitz. In 2022 Jennifer became the Chief Operating Officer of Redwitz working side by side with the managing partner, Randy Redwitz, to manage the operations of the firm and its subsidiaries.
