Prerequisites: This training is open to all AGN members, but may be most valuable for people at the manager, director, or partner level of the firm.


Facilitation Training 

Want to learn how to facilitate meetings that are productive, engaging, and inclusive? This two-part webinar series will teach leaders how to facilitate small groups to reach desired outcomes. Trained facilitators will be especially important as AGN continues to launch new sub-regional meetings.  

Facilitation training can benefit professionals in a number of ways, including:

  • Improved meeting and workshop outcomes. Effective facilitation can help groups to be more productive and efficient, and to achieve better outcomes from their meetings and workshops.
