Kristen Hoyle, CPA
Audit Partner
Thomas, Judy and Tucker

Kristen has been with Thomas, Judy and Tucker since 1998 and has over thirty years of experience in public accounting. Kristen’s industry experience includes not-for-profits, governmental and HUD entities, real estate, construction, personal service corporations, employee benefit plans, due diligence, business planning and litigation support. She has worked in the tax arena over the years and oversees the non-profit practice within the firm. Kristen has been named one of the Triangle’s Impact Leaders from professional service firms in 2009 by Business Leader Magazine.


Jennifer Perrier, CPA

Jennifer Perrier, Senior Manager, joined the firm in 2010 and has spent her entire public accounting career at HSS. Prior to joining the HSS team, Jennifer spent 6 years as an accounting specialist and bookkeeper. Jennifer has extensive experience performing assurance and consulting services for nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on Uniform Guidance audits. Her experience also includes assurance services with employee benefit plans and closely-held businesses.

Mark Uebele, CPA

Sisterson & Co. LLP

Mark chairs the manufacturing/distribution industry group at Sisterson and leads the commercial lender services and employee benefit plan teams. He provides audit and assurance services to privately owned, middle market clients in a variety of industries. He is also involved with special consulting projects for many clients. In addition to his client responsibilities, Mark is a member of the firm’s Performance Management Task Force and serves as an instructor for in-house continuing professional education programs relating to accounting and auditing matters. Mark is an avid golfer. He and his wife have one daughter and live in Greensburg, PA.
