In this session, we will review the July 1, 2021 GST rules that apply to unregistered non-resident suppliers of goods and services to Canadian recipients that are not registered for GST.

Glen has been practicing tax full time since 1992. He began his tax career with Canada Revenue Agency followed by a tax manager position at Arthur Andersen. Glen joined Adams & Miles as a tax associate in 2000 and became tax partner in 2006. His tax practice is split about evenly between tax planning and compliance for the firm’s core client base of Canadian controlled private corporations and their owner/managers and international tax planning for foreign entities expanding into Canada. He works with many AGN firms to deliver coordinated international tax planning that considers both Canadian and a client’s home country tax laws. Glen was previously chair of the AGN International Tax Committee (2016 to 2019).  He remains an active contributor to AGN knowledge share groups, conferences and webinars.
