Accounting firms are evolving rapidly, and so are their funding models. Some are turning to private equity, while others are going public, merging, or developing innovative internal capital structures. These decisions don’t just shape firm strategy—they shape your future career.
As you advance, will you be managing investors or partners? Could a capital injection create leadership opportunities—or limit them? How might different funding models influence your day-to-day role? And why is this transformation happening?
This year’s NextGen Global Challenge focuses on the capital strategies driving our profession forward—and the personal impact they may have on rising leaders like you.
