Please remember that registration is a two-step process; you must complete your AGN Conference Registration as well as reserving your hotel room.
STEP 1: BOOK A ROOM AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL: GRAND BRETAGNE HOTEL
AGN International has negotiated a fixed rate on 4th – 10th November 2022, for delegates attending the AGN 2022 WC. Prices are as follows:

Twin or Double Room (including breakfast) | 278.23€ (245.00 + 13,56% VAT)* |
*An additional accommodation tax of €4 per room, per night will be automatically invoiced to the guests’ extras invoice and be payable by the guests prior their check out.
Please ensure to book your accommodation before 30th September 2022. We do however, advise that you book well in advance of this date.
Athens is popular destination all year round, therefore it is likely that we will not be able to book additional rooms when demand is higher.
Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

HOTEL OPTION 2 (Close to conference hotel)
We have a limited number of rooms available at a lower cost hotel near the conference hotel. To find out availability and pricing, please contact srobson@agn.org.
STEP 2: REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
Please ensure you register on our site below to indicate your choice of sessions that you would like to attend.
Deadlines:
Hotel Reservations: 30rd September 2022
Conference Registration: 20th October 2022
Registration Options:
Click on Register Myself to begin your registration, then make sure you select the DELEGATE option to get the correct programme items displayed.
Click on Register Someone Else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.
Click Add a guest to add a companion to your registration.
Click on Add for every session you wish to attend.
Please contact Svetlana if you experience any issues during the registration process.
Delegates (Firms) will be invoiced after registration closes. Attendees will be able to pay the attendance fee by bank transfer.
Once registered, delegates will receive a confirmation displaying the total amount of a delegates/companion fee including the 24% VAT. The actual invoice sent to delegates will detail the breakdown of this amount.
