AGN is offering the choice of two group-rate hotels.

OPTION 1: HILTON TOKYO HOTEL (Conference Hotel)


AGN International has negotiated a fixed rate on 5th – 8th November 2023.

Please ensure to book your accommodation before 3rd October 2023. We do however, advise that you book well in advance of this date. Tokyo is popular destination all year round, especially during early November it is holiday season, therefore it is likely that we will not be able to book additional rooms when demand is higher.

OPTION 2: KEIO PLAZA HOTEL TOKYO (Close to Conference Hotel)


AGN International has negotiated a fixed rate on 5th – 8th November 2023.

      “NextGen” pricing is available for delegates accompanying at least one full-priced delegate from an AGN member. 

      “NextGen” Delegates Profile:

  • Someone with a key and emerging leadership role in the business
  • Someone with high potential, and a candidate to be a future owner of the business, but not a current equity owner.
  • They could be fee earning or support staff.
  • They are people you recognise as worthy of investment, important to the value of your business and its succession plan, and someone you want to develop, retain and reward.
  • We do not set strict age criteria, embracing diversity of career paths. However, a “NextGen” delegate might typically be between 10 and 20 years younger than the present equity owners of the business.

Conference Registration: 20th October 2023  

Registration Options:

Click on Register Myself to begin your registration, then make sure you select the DELEGATE option to get the correct programme items displayed.
Click on Register Someone Else if you wish to register a colleague at your firm.
Click Add a guest to add a companion to your registration.
Click on Add for every session you wish to attend.

Other Information:


What will happen once I register?
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email displaying the total amount of the delegates/companion fee. The actual invoice sent to delegates will detail the breakdown of this amount.

When will I receive the invoice?
Delegates (Firms) will invoiced after registration closes. Attendees will be able to pay the attendance fee by bank transfer, and credit card.
