AGN International is pleased to announce the addition of Christian Moises APR as its new Regional Director-Americas.

Christian brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience working with associations and professional services organizations. In his new role, he will support AGN’s regional and global priorities, focusing on membership development, strengthening member relationships, and enhancing program delivery across the Americas.

Christian is passionate about understanding what motivates people and organizations. He values building strong relationships with firm leaders and teams to better understand their priorities and identify how AGN can support their success. His work includes evaluating and enhancing member benefits to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of AGN member firms and the wider accounting profession.

He believes sustainable growth begins with listening, then blends analytics, creativity, and collaboration to align people, purpose, and performance — turning engagement into long-term growth and moving members and clients from awareness to advocacy.

Throughout his career, Christian has led initiatives to modernize marketing infrastructure, streamline membership operations, and elevate the overall member experience. His expertise includes implementing CRM and association management systems, launching integrated marketing campaigns, and developing retention strategies focused on measurable impact and long-term value. Christian previously served as a national board member of the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Before moving into association leadership roles, Christian spent a decade in journalism with New Orleans CityBusiness, where he developed a strong understanding of how business leaders think, make decisions, and communicate. His experience spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, legal, accounting, forest products, and non-profit associations, which provides him deep and diverse perspective in building and evolving programs that strengthen brand visibility, increase retention, and drive value.
