MacKenzie Ewing has joined AGN North America as the Member Services Coordinator.

AGN North America is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its team, MacKenzie Ewing, who has taken on the role of Member Services Coordinator. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Roswell, Georgia, just a short drive north of Atlanta, MacKenzie brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her new position.

For the second year in a row, AGN Firm James Moore in Gainesville, FL, has been named a Best CPA Firm for Women by the Accounting MOVE Project. The organization also named the firm to its list of Top Firms for Equity Leadership for the fifth straight year.

On Sept. 14, 2023, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced a moratorium on processing new Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claims effective Sept. 14, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023. The moratorium comes with continued mounting concern regarding questionable ERC claims and potential scammers, as well as concerns from tax professionals. Now that the moratorium is here, what should the next move be for taxpayers who already filed their ERC claim?
