In this newly created role, Chris will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management and development, organizational planning, and employee engagement for the firm, as well as overseeing Janover’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Chris received his BA and post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England. He earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from HRCI and is a member of the CIPD, a professional body for HR and people development.
