Floyd Advisory promotes two Associates to Senior Associates

DELANEY EAGLE, CPA, is a Senior Associate at Floyd Advisory. She has experience performing analysis for financial reporting fraud matters, post-acquisition working capital disputes, and economic damages.

Before joining Floyd Advisory, Ms. Eagle worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in Private Company Services, performing audit work for a variety of clients across several industries.

Ms. Eagle graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors Program at Northeastern University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the D’Amore McKim School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

MICHAEL J. VENEZIA is a Senior Associate at Floyd Advisory. Before joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Venezia worked in the asset management and financial services industries. His experience includes financial analysis, transaction advisory, and client services.

Mr. Venezia graduated from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an additional concentration in International Business.
