Designing a Long-term Strategy for a Hybrid Firm

How well did your firm’s technology support team members during the COVID-19 pandemic? For many accounting firms, their technology plan quickly shifted to what could be best described as “snatch and grab” in March of 2020. Still, doing the best you can amid a worldwide pandemic isn’t a long-term strategy and going back to 2019’s technology plan isn’t an option. So it’s time to put some real thought into what we want our strategic plan for remote technology to be and identify the tools that will make us successful. During the webinar, we’ll discuss lessons learned during the past year and how firms should move forward, going from surviving to thriving in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the lessons learned about remote working in accounting in 2020
  • Get a guide to help you assess your current technology stack
  • How to use technology as a competitive advantage
