Janover is pleased to announce that Chris Roberts has joined the firm as Chief Talent Officer. In this newly created role, Chris will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management and development, organizational planning, and employee engagement for the firm, as well as overseeing Janover’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

In addition to overseeing talent initiatives for Janover, Chris will be available as a trusted resource, thought partner, and advisor to support Janover’s Partner and Executive groups on establishing and executing successful talent and human capital strategies.
Chris received his BA and post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England. He earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from HRCI and is a member of the CIPD, a professional body for HR and people development.
